The Asian Logistics Center jointly established by Worldwide Logistics Group and ETIMADEN will further promote and strengthen the trade and economic cooperation with Turkey not only with Shanghai but the whole of China.

ETIMADEN was founded by Mustafa Kemal, the founder of Turkey. With nearly 80 years of exploration and production experience ETIMADEN is the world's largest boron ore company. Since its landing in the Chinese market in 2003 ETIMADEN has improved its export volume year by year. 1 million tons of mineral raw materials and primary products were exported to China in 2014. In 2015 ETIMADEN made the strategic choice of setting up an Asian Logistics Center in the Free Trade Zone of Shanghai Yangshan Port, relying on its foresight of a further market expansion, in cooperation with Worldwide Logistics Group. This cooperation will contribute to ETIMADEN’s output significantly. It is expected that the production output will increase by 30% in the Asian market from 2015. By 2026 the total output of boron products will increase by 300% over the existing level : 2.25 million. The objective is to contribute to the ongoing reform and opening up process, as well as to the development of the “One Belt & One Road” strategy by the Chinese Government.
